For Beloplan customers and for other Peppol service providers

This page says how to reach Beloplan support, what to put in a report, and where to see planned maintenance and incidents. It is for Beloplan customers, and for other Peppol service providers with a delivery problem that involves a Beloplan customer.

How to reach us#

ChannelDetails
Emailsupport@beloplan.be
Phone+32 498 24 67 67
HoursMonday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, Brussels time

We answer email within one working day. Email is the better channel for a problem that needs investigating: it leaves a written record on both sides, and you can attach what we need to see.

Who it is for

Who can use this page#

  • Beloplan customers and the people who work in their accounts.
  • Other Peppol service providers that have a delivery problem involving a Beloplan customer, for example a document that was sent to or received from one of our customers and did not arrive.

If you are an employee of a company that uses Beloplan and your question is about your company’s own records, ask your company first: they hold the account and can act on it.

Reports

What to include in a report#

The more of this a report carries, the faster we can find the cause without writing back to ask.

  • The company name, and the name or e-mail address of the user it happened to.
  • What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
  • When it happened, with the time zone.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is on a screen.

For a Peppol delivery problem

  • The document ID or the message ID.
  • The Peppol ID of the sender and the Peppol ID of the receiver.
  • The time the document was sent or received, with the time zone.
  • Any error message or status that your own system returned.

Status

Planned maintenance and incidents#

Planned maintenance and incidents are announced on the status page. You can subscribe to notices there, or ask to be added by writing to status@beloplan.be.

Security

Security problems#

If you have found a vulnerability, or you think data has been exposed, do not report it here. Use the security page, which has its own address and its own rules.

Peppol

About Peppol#

Beloplan is an OpenPeppol member and is becoming a Peppol service provider, so that it can send and receive e-invoices over the Peppol network on behalf of its customers. Peppol is an international network for exchanging electronic documents; more can be read at peppol.org. In Belgium, Peppol is coordinated by the Belgian Peppol Authority, which publishes its information on the Peppol page of BOSA.
