This page says how to reach Beloplan support, what to put in a report, and where to see planned maintenance and incidents. It is for Beloplan customers, and for other Peppol service providers with a delivery problem that involves a Beloplan customer.

Who it is for
Who can use this page#
- Beloplan customers and the people who work in their accounts.
- Other Peppol service providers that have a delivery problem involving a Beloplan customer, for example a document that was sent to or received from one of our customers and did not arrive.
If you are an employee of a company that uses Beloplan and your question is about your company’s own records, ask your company first: they hold the account and can act on it.
Reports
What to include in a report#
The more of this a report carries, the faster we can find the cause without writing back to ask.
- The company name, and the name or e-mail address of the user it happened to.
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- When it happened, with the time zone.
- A screenshot, if the problem is on a screen.
For a Peppol delivery problem
- The document ID or the message ID.
- The Peppol ID of the sender and the Peppol ID of the receiver.
- The time the document was sent or received, with the time zone.
- Any error message or status that your own system returned.

Peppol
About Peppol#
Beloplan is an OpenPeppol member and is becoming a Peppol service provider, so that it can send and receive e-invoices over the Peppol network on behalf of its customers. Peppol is an international network for exchanging electronic documents; more can be read at peppol.org. In Belgium, Peppol is coordinated by the Belgian Peppol Authority, which publishes its information on the Peppol page of BOSA.
